His project

Pascale cared about eating healthy, seasonal, and pesticide-free. She also wanted to move towards food autonomy. After 40 years of gardening—and probably just as many disappointments—she turned to aquaponic greenhouse cultivation. Beyond the attachment she feels for her “little fish,” she appreciates the agronomic support, the “phenomenal” taste of the vegetables, and above all, the systems put in place to save 90% of water compared to conventional farming.
