Jacques and Martine, seasoned gardeners for over 20 years, embraced a greenhouse in retirement to continue their passion. Convinced by its ecological features, aquaponics, and closed-loop watering system, they enjoy the tranquil atmosphere—especially as their grandchildren love watching the fish. Today, they no longer buy vegetables, even in winter, and are grateful that their crops stayed healthy during the 2021 summer disease outbreak.
